Shipment Processing Time
In general, we do our best to ship all orders within 3-5 business days, though this timeline is subject to change based on demand and time-of-year. Additionally, items that are made available on a preorder basis are subject to the shipping times found within the item's listing page. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days  – we will do our best to communicate when delays are expected and greatly appreciate your patience.

Damages & Defects
If your item is damaged or lost during transit, please note that we are not responsible for a resolution, as noted in our terms of service.
Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. Serendipitous Landing is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. In the case of such an occurrence, we recommend seeking compensation through the shipping company or any insurance coverage you may have through homeowner's/renter's insurance or your purchasing credit card.
If your item was received with a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was received, we will do everything in our power to make it right – either through a refund or reshipment. If more than 14 days have passed since your tracked order was received (or 21 days since your stamped order was sent), please note that remedy options will be on a case-by-case basis, with refunds no longer being available.
